Jorge was on site within 1 hour and was able to determine 10 minutes later that the boiler was rusted through. Rewired so we had heat left in the house and gave recommendations for next steps.All in all: fast pucks, very nice and competent. By the way, this also applies to Viktoria and Marcela in the office.
